A single horizontal line above the holm oaks.
The entire house resolves into one gesture: a board-formed concrete volume that cantilevers over the terrain and leaves the existing vegetation untouched.
Below, life is continuous and door-free. Above, private rooms withdraw into half-light. Water acts as both mirror and boundary.
The interiors stay in a low register: dark walnut, raw linen, grey stone. Nothing competes with the light of the plateau.
